There is a cleaning fee per stay (not per night) of NZ$120 in addition to the following nightly rates...
Summaer/Peak season rate (1 September - 30 April)
Weekdays: NZ$720 per night for up to 6 guests maximum
Weekends: NZ$810 per night for up to 6 guests maximum
Rest of year (1 May - 31 August)
Weekdays: NZ$600 per night for up to 6 guests maximum
Weekends: NZ$720 per night for up to 6 guests maximum
Child Policy: Sorry, no children under 12 years old.
Information: 2 nights minimum stay. If you wish to stay 2 nights where one of the nights is a Friday, Saturday or public holiday, then both nights are charged at the weekend rate since your booking will prevent another guest from staying for that weekend (ie for the lower mid-week rate to apply, both nights must be mid-week nights and not a public holiday). Public holidays that fall outside weekends incur the weekend rate. We will confirm the rate for you when we respond to your enquiry.
To proceed with your booking, we will request a deposit of 50% of your stay and the balance is payable 7 days prior to your arrival. Please click here to read our Terms of stay and cancellation policy.
